I recently boarded my cat here and could not be happier with the experience. The owner is without a doubt one of the most loving people toward not just cats, but all animals. The space is spotless, thoughtfully set up with fun toys, and has plenty of cozy spots for cats to relax and feel at home. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into creating a safe and comfortable environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that truly treats your pets like family!

I discovered Purrrisima when doing a search for cat boarding in San Rafael. I vetted a number of places and this rose to the top! There a small number of cats boarded at a time, there are kitty “penthouses”, plenty of toys and hanging out nooks. A real kitty retreat! I especially like that Jamila has her work studio within the same space. My cat was hanging out with her at her keyboard just like he does at home. :). Thanks Jamila!

I can’t recommend Jamila enough! She’s taken care of my cats multiple times, and they absolutely adore her. She’s attentive, reliable, and truly has a gift with animals.
